Gripple self locking wire rope grip – solid and versatile

These gripple clips or clamps are ideal for quick and secure rope connections and are constructed to be very versatile and actually stronger than the wire rope. Common uses include wire fencing, guying a marquee, support wires, trellising and more.

Each grip is marked with both the vertical and horizontal working load limit. The minimum breaking load is 5:1 of the WLL, and are all visible for safety reasons.

Only to be used with steel core rope.

Using a Gripple Self Locking Rope Grip

 Gripple clamps are used by simply pushing the wire rope of the correct diameter through the tunnels, paying attention to the arrow  indicators as to which end to insert the rope. They will be held in place straight away via the locking spring jaw/wedge type mechanism.  Once in the required location these gripples work even better by quickly tightening the screws to stop any unwanted movement of wedges. This then tightly secures the rope to its intended place until unscrewed for release.
